Terms of Service

A few simple ground rules.

These terms explain what you can expect from the Curaboard, and what we ask of everyone who uses it.

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Using the Curaboard

The Curaboard is a personal space for collecting and revisiting the places, recipes, products, memories, and other things that matter to you. By creating an account or using the Curaboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please use the Curaboard only in ways that are lawful and respectful of others. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Your account

Please provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Do not share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please use our Contact page to let us know promptly.

Your Pieces and content

You retain ownership of the content you add to the Curaboard, including your Pieces, notes, links, and images.

You give us a limited permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Curaboard for you. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except where a short additional period is necessary for backup, security, or legal reasons.

Please do not add content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, or interferes with the Curaboard or other people’s use of it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Curaboard, you acknowledge that you have read it.

Availability and changes

We are continually shaping the Curaboard and may change, add, or remove features over time. We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or to protect the Curaboard and its users.

We aim to keep the Curaboard available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every place.

Third-party links

Pieces may include links to third-party websites or services. Those links are provided for your convenience. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Ending use

You can stop using the Curaboard and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are materially violated or if doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the Curaboard, its users, or others.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Curaboard is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Curaboard evolves. If we make a material change, we will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the Curaboard after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
