We use your information to provide and maintain the Curaboard, create and manage your account, store the Pieces you choose to keep, respond to your messages, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We use carefully selected service providers to help us operate the Curaboard, including providers that support account access, data storage, image storage, and Contact form delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services.

We may also share information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Curaboard, its users, or others.

We keep account information and the Pieces you create for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize information as appropriate, subject to any limited legal or security needs.

Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to resolve an ongoing request or meet a legal obligation.

You can update your account information from Account Settings and delete your account from the same area.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. To make a request, use our Contact page and write “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Curaboard, and remember necessary session information. These are needed for core functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the Curaboard evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
